Marty Weems serves the American Rare Earths group of companies as President – North America. With projects in Nevada, Wyoming and Arizona, he leads development of critical materials for National Security and Renewable Energy while on-shoring jobs in this emerging industrial supply chain. The goal is bold: Rare Earths & Scandium for an environmentally responsible supply chain for Electric Vehicles, Wind Turbines and Solid Oxide Fuel Cells. He is a global executive with MBA and Master of Science (MSc) degrees from The University of Tennessee. Marty’s leadership has spanned entrepreneurial businesses and large corporations including Verifone (payment technology, IoT, voice enabled commerce, Artificial Intelligence), Turbulence and Seed Spot (Startup Incubators), EXOS (healthcare, technology), and Novartis (Pharmaceuticals, Global Fortune 200). Success resulting in EXOS winning the President’s (POTUS)“E” Award for Export Excellence and being recognized as a FastCompany magazine “Most Innovative” company three separate years. His business experience spans more than 20 countries and on 5 continents. Marty is 10th generation of a humble and resilient East Tennessee, Southern Appalachia farm/ranch family. Now 14+ years in Arizona, he and Susan, an AZ native and Fightin’ Texas Aggie, are raising 3 young daughters.

Mr. Dwight M. Kinnes, CPG, is a Certified Professional Geologist, Registered Member of SME (#4063295) and JORC Competent Person (coal) with more than 35 years in the mining industry. A third generation Coloradoan, Dwight obtained a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Colorado State University. He specialized in geological modeling of complex coal deposits in British Columbia, Venezuela, and Indonesia. Prior to joining ARR, he was President of Highland GeoComputing, LLC for 17 years providing geological field services, geological modeling services, GIS services, and database management services to the mining industry. Dwight is a husband of nearly 30 years, father of two children, an award-winning amateur winemaker (using Colorado grown grapes), fly-fisherman, and snow skier.

Noel is a qualified Chartered Accountant, with qualifications in Commerce, Human Resource Management and Business Administration. He has over 18 years experience as a finance professional in the government, resources and energy sectors in Australia and the UK. He has a track record of implementing continuous improvement initiatives, advising companies on debt and equity financing options and statutory and regulatory reporting in listed environments. Previously Noel was the Chief Financial Officer with Leigh Creek Energy (ASX:LCK) and has had roles with Sibelco Australia Limited.
