The Australian-based American Rare Earths Ltd. has restructured its Wyoming project to attract investment. With Wyoming becoming ground zero for U.S. rare earths, companies are in a race to be the first to start producing.  Maio reported:  The project’s backers (ARR) said in the announcement Monday that the new corporate structure “opens the aperture” for a range of possible investors to accelerate development of the project.
